The inventory of residences for sale is now of 7,325 available properties compared to 9,044 properties available at the end of October 2010.
This is a 19% reduction!
The median closed price for properties over $300,000 increased 18% to $605,000 compared to $513,000 one year ago.
The recovery is particularly sensitive in the Naples Beach areas, located West of US41.
There is a strong recovery for the condominiums listed in the $1 million to $2 million bracket.
These figures are part of the latest market report released yesterday by NABOR (Naples Association Board of Realtors).
