Following the trend of the past months, the inventory for single-family homes and condominiums for sale in the Naples area decreased 14% in the second quarter of 2009 compared to the first quarter of 2009.
Average days on the market decreased also 19% to 161 in the second quarter of 2009 compared to 198 in the second quarter of 2008.
Pending and closed sales increased in all geographic areas of Naples:
- A 92% increase of pending sales in the 2nd quarter of 2009 compared to the 2nd quarter of 2008.
Properties with a listing price of $300,000 and less saw an increase of 179%!
The last report released last week by NABOR (Naples Association Board of Realtors) shows also an increase of 85% of pending sales for properties listed at 2million and over.
